Mental Health: Find Your Calm

What do you enjoy that calms you down? Of course, there's that thing we do every week, yoga, but what else? Any other kind of movement? Or it could also be taking a catnap, or languishing in a warm bath, or reading, or playing the piano, or doing a cryptic crossword, or baking bread, or sitting down on the sofa with your dog or cat or other furry pet and stroking it, or even having sex (but I think it needs to be for a minimum of 5 minutes - ha ha). All the above works though... I'm also calmed by housework and garden work when I've been on the computer for too long. And at other times I prefer to take a walk in nature. Find your calming activity and try to do it each day. #findyourcalm #dailycalm
