By paying for this course you agree to our terms and conditions. In all circumstances course payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Financial concessions cannot be made for any missed classes for any reason beyond the control and responsibility of either whYoga or the venue. By booking onto a course the student also accepts that it is not whYoga's responsibility to offer alternative classes outside of the course dates if an unexpected or unavoidable issue arises that means the student cannot attend - medical, bereavement, work commitments, travel delays, holidays, acts of nature or otherwise, as this makes the classes unsustainable and a loss to all. whYoga strives to meet the cost of London Halls and Advertising irrespective and can only budget monthly based on the terms being met by everyone.
Working Out What's Best For You - whYoga lists 5 and 10 consecutive week courses throughout the year. If not more than 2 classes are missed this will always be more cost-effective than paying the £17.50 drop-in each time. Please ensure you can attend the classes before committing or in the case of an unexpected reason why you have not been able to attend a class, please be sure you are happy to accept the terms. By prior arrangement with Skip, when booking onto a course a missed class can be made up at the alternative venue as long as it is wthin the time-frame of the course.
Flexible Booking System - whYoga strives to offer a flexible booking system, offering every possible way of paying to suit an individual's time and budget: drop-in for maximum flexibility, bespoke courses, 5 week courses, 10 week courses, referral rates, half price second course rates, extended masterclasses for no extra cost.
Here is a breakdown of the pricing:
For maximum flexbility a single drop-in rate is £17.50.
For 2-4 week courses the pro rata is £16.50 per class.
For 5-9 week courses the pro rata is £16.00 per class.
For 10 week plus courses the pro rata is £13.75 per class.
Equipment - A yoga mat and blanket are required for the class. Quality colourful yoga mats can be purchased in class for £25. Inversions will not be permitted without a blanket or other support for the neck, blocks can be purchased for the trade price of £6 each (1 is recommended for Pregnancy classes and 5 are recommended for All Levels classes). We also recommend that you bring a long sock for reaching feet in forward bends or purchase a yoga belt for the trade price of £6. We also advise the use of a French organic lavender eye mask to enhance meditation and relaxation at the end of the class. These can be purchased for £12.
Your Agreement - By booking on to a course you agree with all the above. Skip asks that you do not put her or Sandra in the difficult position of trying to re-negotiate these terms. These terms are made transparent on the website and in the welcome email and in the class. To be fair and to make the courses sustainable these terms and conditions are applied to everyone and no exceptions are made.
