WHYOGA operates http://www.whyoga.com. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We store only very basic personal information, your name and email address. We do not store any payment details. We do not store any other personal information unless you have willingly added this in a sign-up form. We store your information to perform a contract we have with you, e.g. where whYoga has a contract with a student to provide a product or service (yoga class).
Your data is always stored securely, and will never be passed to anyone outside whYoga. And of course you can call a halt to our emails whenever you like simply by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our messages. whYoga uses Mailchimp for newsletters. On average one email is sent out once a month informing you of the latest course dates and any workshops.
You are in your rights to complain to the ICO if there’s a problem with the way we handle your data.
