Yoga Mat: For health and safety you will be required to bring your own yoga mat to all yoga classes. The highest quality environmentally friendly, hypo-allergenic mats can be purchased here. No camping mats or towels.
Yoga Props: If you are attending a pregnancy yoga class, support in some yoga postures is often required. Please consider purchasing foam yoga blocks (1 - 2 block will suffice for sitting and kneeling postures) and a D ring yoga belt. These can be purchased here. Alternatively, you can bring a thick blanket and a long sock.
Yoga Relaxation: For remedial postures and to enhance relaxation consider purchasing a hand made organic eye pillow. These can be purchased here.
