The strength, stamina and breath control nurtured in pregnancy yoga classes are unquestionably the most powerful tools that an expectant mother can use to facilitate a joyful birth. Located in Balham and Earlsfield Libraries on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Class length 1 hour.
mother & baby yoga
Nurture your body, mind and baby on the mat. Designed to support and strengthen mothers physically and emotionally following pregnancy and birth. Class length 1 hour. (There is currently no class scheduled).
private yoga
One to one yoga allows for a greater depth of understanding of the Hatha Yoga tradition and offers you the chance to experience a practice that is right for you on the day. Enjoy a truly therapeutic experience. Class length 1 hour.
